By significantly improving the comprehensive research conditions and capabilities and promoting the development of research technology, the laboratory provides local technical support and services in terms of testing, technology, information, training, and other aspects, fundamentally addresses some prominent problems that restrict the current development process of the local marine industry, enhances the core competitiveness of the industry, further optimizes the industrial development environment, and advances the development of marine economy in the local area.
