截止2022年11月，学院现有教职工164名，正高43名，副高50名，博导35名，硕导78名，具有博士学位的教师126名。

学院现有全职院士、共享院士各1名，享受国务院特殊津贴2名，国家专家科技创新领军人才1名，农业部岗位科学家3名，教育部新世纪百千万人才工程1名，浙江省专家科技创新领军人才1名，浙江省有突出贡献中青年专家4名，浙江省151人才工程18名，浙江省高校中青年学科带头人10名，获国家优青基金1人，省杰青基金6名，宁波市级各类人才工程及荣誉称号获得者30名。
